Laura Stewart is an educator and organizational leader. She has served as a teacher, administrator, adjunct professor, and director of numerous professional development initiatives around the country. 

Before joining 95 Percent Group, Laura was the Chief Innovation Officer with The Reading League and the Chief Academic Officer for Professional Development at Highlights for Children. She presents nationally and internationally and is a published author. Laura’s passion is empowering educators to positively impact ALL students and ultimately change the course of literacy achievement in this country. 

Deborah Glaser, EdD

Literacy Expert and Creator of Morpheme Magic, Morphemes for Little Ones, and The Reading Teacher’s Top 10 Tools

Deb Glaser, EdD, received her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with a specific focus on reading and school reform from Boise State University. During her education career, she has been a classroom and learning disability instructor and administrator, assisted universities with developing research-based reading curricula, and established training and consultation programs to support the success of state and local reading initiatives.

Dr. Glaser’s publications include LETRS Foundations: Introduction to Language and Literacy (co-authored with Louisa Moats), and she created Morpheme Magic, Morphemes for Little Ones, and the online reading course The Reading Teacher's Top Ten Tools.

Megan Roth Bozeman

Megan Roth

Bozeman Reads Coordinator, Bozeman, MT 

Megan Roth is the founder of the Bozeman Reads Early Learning Center, which opened in the fall of 2024 and now serves approximately 100 children. The center emerged from the Bozeman Reads early literacy initiative, which Megan launched in 2021 to strengthen community-wide support for foundational literacy development. With over 20 years of experience in public education—primarily in preschool special education—Megan has cultivated a strong commitment to early intervention and science-based reading instruction. She is a passionate advocate for educational equity and believes that literacy for all is a critical social imperative. 

Megan actively contributes to statewide and local efforts to improve early learning. She is a member of the Montana Early Learning Alliance and Bozeman’s Early Childhood Community Coalition, and she serves on the board of The Reading League Montana. 

Erin

Erin Hamilton, EdD

VP of Educational Strategy, 95 Percent Group 

Dr. Erin Hamilton is a distinguished educator with over two decades of experience shaping the field of literacy and education. Her career began with 15 years as a K-5 teacher in Pennsylvania, where she honed her skills before transitioning to a role as a literacy consultant, working closely with teachers to refine classroom practices. As a curriculum specialist, she partnered with district superintendents on strategic planning and school improvement projects.  

For the past four years, Dr. Hamilton has been instrumental in advancing state-level initiatives, advocating for policies and legislation that support evidence-based literacy instruction nationwide.

Manager of Professional Learning, 95 Percent Group 

Tressa Wright is a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in business administration and education, focusing on empowering educators. She excels in implementation management, product management, and strategic planning within the educational products and services industry.  

Tressa's career in education began as a high school educator, advancing to roles such as department chair, district facilitator, and administrator. Her knack for streamlining operations and optimizing resources, along with her unyielding commitment to excellence and continuous learning drives her success.
