Laura Stewart is an educator and organizational leader. She has served as a teacher, administrator, adjunct professor, and director of numerous professional development initiatives nationwide.
Before joining 95 Percent Group, Laura served as the Chief Innovation Officer at The Reading League and the Chief Academic Officer for Professional Development at Highlights for Children. She presents nationally and internationally and is a published author. Laura’s passion is empowering educators to positively impact ALL students and ultimately change the course of literacy achievement in this country.
Joni Maville
Senior Director of Product Development, 95 Percent Group
Joni Maville brings extensive experience in literacy instruction, having served as an elementary teacher, K–3 Reading Coach, and K–8 Teaching and Learning Specialist. She is committed to supporting educators and helping all students develop strong foundational literacy skills. At 95 Percent Group, Joni contributes to the development of high-quality, evidence-based instructional resources that enhance teaching and learning. Over the past five years, she has played a key role in the creation of multiple programs and tools designed to support effective reading instruction across grade levels and instructional settings.
Judie Caroleo
Director of Professional Learning, 95 Percent Group
Judie Caroleo is a passionate educator dedicated to supporting education professionals in their journey to improve outcomes for all students. During her tenure at 95 Percent Group, she has provided guidance and oversight for implementations at the district and local level supporting the initiation and continued implementation of numerous MTSS and RTI initiatives around the country. Judie brings over 25 years of experience in classroom instruction, program development, implementation, assessment, and professional development. In addition, has been a certified trainer for LETRS®, Next STEPS in Literacy Instruction, and DIBELS® Next.
JuliAnne Kline
Assistant Superintendent, Teaching and Learning, Reading School District
JuliAnne Kline is a dedicated educational leader with over thirty years of experience in teaching, building administration, and district-level leadership within the Reading School District. She began her career as an elementary teacher and later served as a principal before moving into district leadership roles. Julianne is passionate about equity, student engagement, data-informed decision-making, and creating positive school cultures where all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Erin Schorn-Brown
Principal, Tenth and Green Elementary, Reading School District
Erin Schorn-Brown has been part of the Reading School District family for 26 years. She began her career as a fourth-grade teacher, then served as an instructional math and reading coach before becoming an administrator. Learning to read didn’t come easily for Erin, and that experience fuels her passion for helping every child discover the joy and confidence that comes from being a reader. She believes in the power of relationships, teamwork, and perseverance, and is dedicated to creating a school community where every student feels seen, supported, and successful.
Sherry Brinker
Reading Specialist, 10th and Green Elementary, Reading School District
With over 30 years of dedicated service in the Reading School District, Sherry has cultivated a deep passion for fostering literacy and supporting student success. She began her career as a Reading Specialist, a role she held for 18 years, followed by 8 years as a Kindergarten Teacher. Sherry resumed her role as a Reading Specialist in 2020, where she supports both students and staff with a focus on evidence-based literacy practices.
She currently manages and analyzes building-wide Tier 2 Interventions for the school’s K–4 student population. Sherry also delivers targeted Tier 2 interventions and facilitates Tier 1 and Tier 2 literacy-focused professional development at both the building and district level. Her work is grounded in data-driven decision-making and a commitment to educational equity.
