As Chief Academic Officer, Laura Stewart drives our leadership position and is our primary Reading Science advocate. Her journey began as a classroom teacher and a school district administrator, igniting her lifelong passion for empowering ALL students to positively and ultimately change the course of literacy achievement in this country. Before joining 95 Percent Group, Laura served as Chief Innovation Officer for The Reading League and was the Chief Academic Officer for Professional Development with the Highlights Education Group. She is also a LETRS® Certified Trainer.

Deb Glaser, Ed.D., Educational Consultant, Author, and Professional Development Provider

Dr. Deb Glaser is an educational consultant, author, and professional development provider with expertise in reading assessment and proven instructional methods. She has a passion for getting it right regarding reading instruction and compassion for teachers who choose to teach to improve the lives of all children.

Her career includes being an original National LETRS® Trainer, a policy advisor to the National Council on Teacher Quality, and a regular contributor to evaluating university programs that prepare teachers to teach reading. Dr. Glaser is the author and co-author of five books. Her most recent contributions to the field are Morpheme Magic: Lessons to Build Morphological Awareness, and the online reading course, The Reading Teacher’s Top Ten Tools: Instruction That Makes a Difference, now part of the 95 Percent Group ecosystem.
