Laura Stewart is an educator and organizational leader. She has served as a teacher, administrator, adjunct professor, and director of numerous professional development initiatives nationwide.   
   
Before joining 95 Percent Group, Laura served as the Chief Innovation Officer at The Reading League and the Chief Academic Officer for Professional Development at Highlights for Children. She presents nationally and internationally and is a published author. Laura’s passion is empowering educators to positively impact ALL students and ultimately change the course of literacy achievement in this country.

Joni Maville

Joni Maville brings extensive experience in literacy instruction, having served as an elementary teacher, K–3 Reading Coach, and K–8 Teaching and Learning Specialist. She is committed to supporting educators and helping all students develop strong foundational literacy skills. At 95 Percent Group, Joni contributes to the development of high-quality, evidence-based instructional resources that enhance teaching and learning. Over the past five years, she has played a key role in the creation of multiple programs and tools designed to support effective reading instruction across grade levels and instructional settings.

Shanitra Deas is a seasoned educator and leader. She has served as a teacher, instructional coach, assessor, assistant principal, and principal. A National Board Certified teacher, Shanitra has extensive experience in various educational roles, emphasizing the integration of technology to enhance learning and equip children with the skills and knowledge to serve their communities and lead productive lives. She is deeply committed to making 95 Percent Group’s mission a reality for all children and educators, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead productive lives.

Teri Boezinger

With 28 years of experience in education, Teri Boezinger has cultivated a deep passion for fostering student growth and achievement through a variety of impactful roles.  She began her career as a classroom teacher and later served as a Literacy Consultant with Central Rivers AEA, where she helped shape literacy initiatives across the region.  

Today, as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the Fort Dodge Community School District, Teri leads efforts to create innovative, inclusive, and research-based learning environments that support all learners.
