She presents nationally and internationally and is a published author. Laura’s passion is empowering educators to positively impact ALL students and ultimately change the course of literacy achievement in this country.

Joni Maville

Senior Director of Product Development, 95 Percent Group 

Joni Maville brings extensive experience in literacy instruction, having served as an elementary teacher, K–3 Reading Coach, and K–8 Teaching and Learning Specialist. She is committed to supporting educators and helping all students develop strong foundational literacy skills. At 95 Percent Group, Joni contributes to the development of high-quality, evidence-based instructional resources that enhance teaching and learning. Over the past five years, she has played a key role in developing multiple programs and tools designed to support effective reading instruction across various grade levels and instructional settings.
