Before joining 95 Percent Group, Laura was the Chief Innovation Officer with The Reading League and the Chief Academic Officer for Professional Development at Highlights for Children. She presents nationally and internationally and is a published author. Laura’s passion is empowering educators to positively impact ALL students and ultimately change the course of literacy achievement in this country.

Jim Monti is a passionate educator whose 36-year education career began as a fourth grade teacher. Jim quickly recognized the transformative potential of technology in the classroom and became a driving force behind the district’s commitment to technology integration and student-centered learning.   

The district created personalized learning pathways by leveraging data from Multi-Tiered Support Systems (MTSS). Utilizing a data-driven approach, Jim provided tailored support to students and educators, enhancing educational outcomes and fostering individual growth.
