A message from our CEO about COVID-19

We want to provide you an update on how 95 Percent Group is responding to the Coronavirus pandemic. We are actively monitoring the impact of the virus and assessing daily how our company can best serve you while protecting the well-being of our staff. We are working to be mindful of everyone’s safety, and at the same time continue to deliver high-quality products and professional development for your institution and your teachers, to support your instruction to your students.
We will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation and provide updates via email as needed. For the time being, our on-site professional development engagements will proceed as scheduled unless you direct us otherwise due to school closings. We know that each of our client districts and schools has its own policies and protocols in place which may require you to cancel school and close district offices, or limit group meetings and outside visitors on short notice for varying periods. We will follow your lead in cancelling engagements.
We request that you let us know of any school closures or cancellations as soon as possible. Our company will waive any cancellation fees due to a COVID-19 school closure on a date our consultant was supposed to be there, and we will absorb any travel costs our staff incurred related to our trip to your school or district. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule any on-site professional development. If we hear of virus hotspots developing in your area, we will reach out to you.
Additionally, our company is actively developing plans for how we can deliver professional development services to schools and districts via online methods as an alternative, if necessary. We have the systems and expertise already, and just need to adjust the content and review the technology for larger scale efforts. More on this when our plans gel.
The safety and health of our clients and employees are of the utmost importance and are guiding our actions now and as we work through this pandemic together.
